Priced for ROI, not MRR.
I don't sell pre-packaged features, and I don't force you into a box. Whether you need a lightning-fast web presence, an internal automation tool, or a completely custom software platform built from scratch, I engineer exactly what your business needs. You pay a one-time investment to build a digital asset your business owns forever.
The Engagements
Because every business operates differently, every system is scoped from scratch. Rather than picking from a menu of features, clients typically engage Vanilla Stack Labs in one of two ways.
Custom Web Assets & Applications
For businesses that need their public web presence created, or updated, to a modern and secure standard.
- Full-stack execution from static generation to dynamic, server-rendered applications
- Custom backend integration connecting your front-end directly to your business operations
- Zero-bloat, vanilla architecture designed for absolute maximum performance and security
- Complete deployment pipeline setup with full intellectual property handover
Targeted Internal Tooling
For businesses bleeding hours to manual data entry, disconnected spreadsheets, or legacy software that refuses to integrate.
- Deep-dive audit of your current operational bottlenecks
- Development of custom scripts and data pipelines
- Integration of fragmented third-party APIs
- Direct engineer-to-client execution
Custom Software & Platform Architecture
For businesses that need to build a proprietary system from scratch, launch a custom digital product, or replace a messy web of off-the-shelf tools with a single, unified engine.
- Ground-up, bare-metal architectural design for your specific workflow
- Unlimited user scaling with absolutely zero "seat" fees
- Zero-dependency architecture designed to eliminate constant maintenance overhead
- Complete Intellectual Property (IP) ownership and transfer
The Financial Logic
Relying on off-the-shelf software subscriptions is a "success tax" — your costs scale as your headcount and transaction volume grow. Whether I'm building your core website, an internal automation tool, or a bespoke platform, a Vanilla Stack asset requires an upfront investment, but the operational cost remains flat while your business value grows.

The Handoff Guarantee
Full ownership means exactly that. Upon deployment, you receive complete administrative control over your production environment and your entire private source code repository. I don't build hidden hooks, I don't set artificial licensing limits, and I don't force you into ongoing retainer strings. I build the engine, and then I hand you the keys.
Technical FAQ
Addressing the logistics of ownership, maintenance, and deployment.
What does "full ownership" truly mean?
If a support contract isn’t elected, or if your business prefers to manage the project under its own account, we ensure a smooth and complete transfer of all assets. This includes full administrative access to the Google Cloud project and the complete source code in a private repository. No conditions, no hidden fees, no lingering dependencies. Just a clean handoff and full control.
What happens after the project is launched?
You have total autonomy. You can manage the asset in-house, engage another developer, or retain our services for ongoing support and feature development on an as-needed basis. We empower you, not create dependency.
What if we eventually hire our own in-house developer?
That is the ultimate goal of a successful business, and my contracts are designed to aid that transition. Because I engineer with standard vanilla frameworks, document the architecture thoroughly, and immediately transfer all root credentials, any competent developer can take over the system on day one. My job is to build your infrastructure, not hold it hostage.
